Main duties of the job

As our Clinical Psychologist, youll play a central role in shaping the emotional and behavioural development of our students. Youll work closely with young people to assess their psychological needs and deliver tailored interventions that support their growth and independence. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, youll help embed Positive Behaviour Support strategies across the school, ensuring every child receives consistent, compassionate care.

Youll also provide expert guidance and training to staff and families, empowering them to better understand and respond to the needs of the children in their care. Whether leading group sessions or offering one-to-one support, your work will be instrumental in helping our students thrive, both in school and beyond.
