Job summary
Were seeking an Independent End Point Assessor within Healthcare to join our End Point Assessment Team. This will see you working as part of a dedicated, flexible team, where you can use your professional skills and knowledge whilst developing others. Added to this, you will be working at the forefront of End Point Assessment, as NCFE work with Independent Training Providers, Further Education Colleges, and Employment Providers to drive valuable partnerships across the developing world of Apprenticeships and EPA.
Main duties of the job
As an IEPA, you'll play an integral part in the success of apprentices by supporting them in taking the assessments for their apprenticeship and grading their assessment(s). Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering EPA in line with the following standards: Healthcare Support Worker Level 2, Senior Healthcare Support Worker Level 3, Assistant Practitioner Level 5
- Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
- Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance and consistency
- Communicating with apprentices, ITPs and employers on EPA and grading

- Carry at least 3 years occupational competency within a Healthcare specialism
- Have experience of producing clear and accurate reports

- Are able to work independently with excellent time management and organisational skills
