Job summary
The postholder will:
- Support commissioning teams to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively.
- Support and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring spends, implementation and evaluation of the tasks/projects by providing high quality support including complex information and analysis, communications and stakeholder management.
- Use a variety of analytical techniques to provide high quality, timely analysis and intelligence relating to key priorities of Specialised Services. These priorities will include assurance and accountability, commissioning, transformation, quality and safety, finance and policy and strategy development.
- Support the management and implementation of the informatics contract.
- Working closely and supporting the finance function in the region.
- Maintaining a close working relationship with the providers.
- Modelling future levels of hospital activity.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
