Main duties of the job
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead on the development and delivery of the Hospital 2.0 Alliance Agreement. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving engagement with all partners, championing the principles of the H2.0 Alliance and the New Hospital Programme (NHP) Partnering Agreements.
You will have a strong track record of working on large-scale transformation programmes in healthcare or similarly complex environments. You will need to bring a strong understanding with the ability to navigate, relationships across multi discipline system, regional and NHS trusts. Acting as subject matter expertise across key areas of the NHS ecosystem, project delivery and the objectives of the New Hospital Programme.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.
