Main duties of the job
As the Deputy Director you lead the Hospital 2.0 Programme which is shaping the next generation of healthcare delivery. You will report into the Integration Director and you'll need to be experienced in working across multiple healthcare systems, driving forward large-scale change programmes.We are looking for:
- A proven leader with a strong track record of delivering complex, system-wide transformation in healthcare and major programmes multi millions in value.
- Experience working across multiple specialisms, managing multiple and building strong partnerships in a dynamic, multi-agency environment.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action, ensuring high-quality delivery through robust programmes.
- A compelling communicator with the ability to inspire, engage and lead others through change at pace.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
