Job summary
The role of Training Programme Director (TPD) for Simulation is to work with and support the Systems Dean in leading the delivery of a range of functions aligned to the NHS England mandate.
This role will include coordinating and leading the implementation of the simulation strategy for London, as well as working with clinical leads on the requirements for simulation curriculum mapping. This role will be working with the motivated London medical workforce team.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be the clinical lead for the London Simulation Network (LSN). This will include chairing the quarterly meetings, providing leadership for the group and encouraging co-operation and the sharing of good practice.

The role will be 0.2 whole time equivalent per week (2 PAs/ Sessions per week) and will be a secondment from the employing trust organisation. Secondment to 31st October 2026 in the first instance. Interviews are likely to take place on MS Teams in early August 2025.
