Job summary
The post holder will support to drive and deliver the portfolio of work for Integration. The purpose of the role is to,
Drive, lead and manage major and complex change at pace to achieve the outcomes and ambitions of the programme, ensuring involvement and engagement with key stakeholders from across the multiple disciplines of the programme
Work with the senior leadership to advise, support, challenge and deliver the progamme's vision
Provide inspirational and effective change management leadership and support to champion the integration, continuous improvement and change mindset
Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team and wider NHS partners and stakeholders to design and deliver the objectives of the programme's integrated plan
The post holder will support and deputise for the Integration Director. The post holder will be responsible for problem-solving and driving the delivery of large scale, complex projects and programmes, leveraging expert skills and experience in change/transformation, continuous improvement and major programmes. A keen understanding of the NHS and other healthcare systems and delivering diverse programmes within the sector is an asset.
Main duties of the job
Key aspects of this role include,
Lead and drive systems integration across disparate disciplines such as healthcare (including clinical, workforce, hospital operations, estates and facilities management and digital), commercial, finance, design and delivery
Advisory role in complex programmes and transformation
Deploy a wide range of skills and knowledge in transformational change to navigate complexity and build consensus
Provide leadership for Integration and Transformation through championing effective and robust programme and project management culture working alongside the programme management office.
Develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and delivery of change.
Forward planning with a focus on risk identification and future proofing
Deputise for the Director as required
