Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Knowledge Skills Transfer Business Partner to join the team within NHS England's New Hospital Programme (NHP). This pivotal role will focus on fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning, ensuring skills are effectively transferred across the organisation to support our ambitious goals.
Main duties of the job
As the Knowledge Skills Transfer Business Partner, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing initiatives that promote knowledge retention and skills development within the NHP. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in aligning knowledge-sharing strategies with programme objectives, driving innovation, and ensuring the effective dissemination of best practices.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.
