Who You Are:
You are a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for data and stakeholder engagement. You understand the power of data-driven insights to drive better decision-making and optimise procurement outcomes.
You have practical experience with procurement datasets, such as purchase orders, accounts payable data, contracts, catalogues and work plans. You have a strong understanding of NHS procurement processes, with experience in category spend analysis, savings identification and recording.

Main duties of the job
In this high-impact role you will lead efforts to unlock the potential of data to improve procurement outcomes across the NHS. As the Insights Senior Manager, you will work directly with NHS organisations, helping them harness the power of the NHS Spend Comparison Service to identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver measurable improvements in procurement efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders from all over England identifying and supporting those with the greatest potential to benefit from the service. Your goal will be to guide these organisations through the journey of discovering cost-saving opportunities, improving procurement efficiency, and enabling smarter decision-making through data.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.

- Establish strong relationships with NHS organisations, guiding them to effectively use the NHS Spend Comparison Service to drive financial savings and operational improvements.
