Job summary
We are looking to cover Maternity leave with immediate start to end December 2024. This term will include taking on the duties of a Business Coordinator with the BSU team looking after the Midwifery and QSI teams in the Nursing directorate from commencement until the Change Programme implementation dates to migrate have been agreed at which point the successful candidate will then take on a PMO based role with a different team.
Main duties of the job
Working with the BSU: this will entail taking on the day to day duties of finance management - raising purchase orders, chasing credit notes, raising invoices, working with suppliers & SBS for an end to end service etc; leading on the recruitment process for the teams - TRAC, Secondments and attributable finances, starters & leavers processes. The role also takes on ad hoc business support as required by the QSI and Midwifery teams
PMO role: working with the PMO team to ensure good governance of the programme, including arranging meetings, compiling agendas, taking minutes, following up actions. The role also involves coordinating the response to queries through the shared maternity transformation mailbox and monitoring the maternity PQ mailbox as and when required. The postholder will be a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and team members regarding organisational and governance matters.
