Job summary
We are looking for
an enthusiastic, highly-organised and motivated Assessment and Remediation
Coordinator (ARC) to play a key operational role in our service which helps NHS organisations manage
and resolve concerns about clinicians. The coordinators main responsibility is to manage incoming requests
for our assessment services from healthcare organisations. The coordinator
monitors inboxes, responds to requests and deals with any queries. The role
involves preparing and checking cases for a decision-making group that meets
weekly, liaising with senior staff at healthcare organisations, where necessary,
to make sure the cases are ready to be considered. The coordinator is responsible for managing
and tracking their own cases.
Main duties of the job
Successful
candidates will need to have excellent administrative skills, be highly
organised and able to use their initiative to resolve problems. The coordinator will be able to effectively
manage and prioritise a range of tasks on a daily basis and work to tight deadlines. They
will need excellent verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and to
be able to work
collaboratively.

Safety and Learning: supporting the NHS to better understand and learn from claims, concerns and disputes; to target safety activity while sharing learning across the NHS.
