Job summary
As OD Business Partner, Talent, and Inclusion, you will deliver a comprehensive and professional service to the organisation to support delivery of the NHS Resolution People Strategy 2022 - 2025 and Business plan. There will be a particular focus on the following people priorities:
To work with the Head of OD, Learning and Education to operationalise our Inclusive talent management and succession planning strategy and revolutionise our performance management system
Maximising employee health and wellbeing to include the promotion and development of wellbeing interventions for a growing workforce.
Leading our Equality, Diversity, and inclusion project plan in partnership with key stakeholders including our staff networks
To manage a thriving and growing OD digital and Advisory team
You will also work closely with members of the wider HR&OD team to progress other key deliverables. These include:
The on-going roll out of the Corporate digitalisation programme of the Electronic staff records (ESR) and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) system.
Developing and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external to capture the development needs of the organisation within service areas to support effective delivery of the above.
Deputise for the Head of OD, Education and Learning where appropriate.
Main duties of the job
To operationally lead on key work-streams that support delivery of the People Strategy 2022 - 2025
To operationally lead on the Organisations Equality, Diversity and Inclusion People Pillar, developing relationships with key stakeholders.
To support Head of OD, Learning and Education to operationalise the Inclusive talent management and succession planning strategy.
To operationally lead on the design and delivery of the Organisations performance
To operationally lead, with the support of the OD advisory function on the promotion design, delivery and evaluation of the Organisations health and wellbeing agenda.
To continue to embed the digitalisation ambitions set out in the People Strategy 2022 2025.

Safety and Learning: supporting the NHS to better understand and learn from claims, concerns and disputes; to target safety activity while sharing learning across the NHS.
