Job summary
We are recruiting for a Delivery Manager to lead on the rollout of CaseHub to our Claims Service. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the programme, with support from the Head of Digital, Head of Transformation, the CIO and the Director for Claims.
This role provides a unique opportunity to own all aspects of deploying significant technology change across a business function, working with our internal organisation as well as service users across the wider NHS.
To undertake this role, you will need to have experience in leading and delivering major IT transformation programmes into live and be able to work with colleagues and stakeholders across a spectrum of teams from Training and Communications to Technical Delivery, Test and Migration. You must have experience in working directly with colleagues from across the organisation, at Director level and team leader level, whose teams will ultimately be using our new systems.
NHS Resolution launched a series of transformation programmes including the Core Systems Programme (CSP) which started in the summer of 2021 and represents a fundamental re-design of our case processing systems with a new software solution, CaseHub. CSP provides an opportunity for wider transformation across NHS Resolution to radically improve our service delivery, improve the day-to-day experience of our users both internally and externally and put in place a technology foundation which provides us with a secure foundation for the future.
