Practitioner Performance Advice Service provides impartial guidance to resolve
issues related to the practice of doctors, dentists, and pharmacists.
We are seeking to
appoint a number of Associate Advisers to join our team on an as and when
basis. You will deliver educational programmes that help to build knowledge and
capability in handling complex performance cases.
If you're
passionate about delivering education programmes in the arena of early
resolution and remediation, then join our team. Our Associates deliver a range
of programmes and can balance other commitments with this roles requirements.
We welcome
candidates from a range of diverse backgrounds, including those with NHS
experience in clinical, legal, or HR roles. A passion for teaching and engaging
senior audiences is essential. Were recruiting a number of Associates, each
expected to deliver around 15 days per year. This is a great opportunity to
contribute to the healthcare sector and enhance patient safety and quality of
care.
Main duties of the job
Location: Home based, with some travel around the UK
occasionally anticipated, for which expenses will be paid.

The Practitioner Performance
Advice Service provides impartial, expert advice to healthcare organisations to
fairly and effectively manage and resolve concerns raised about the practice of
individual doctors, dentists and pharmacists.
We offer a range of expert
services to NHS organisations and other bodies in England, Wales, Northern
Ireland and other administrations. Our services include case advice,
assessments and other interventions and we share learning through education
programmes and Insights publications,
all of which support the effective management and resolution of performance
concerns.
