The NHS Resolution Claims Management function is entering a phase of transformation and expansion with a vision to deliver a single, integrated claims function, with a supportive organisational structure that avoids duplication of effort and allows teams to develop their skills.

We are therefore recruiting to a Training and Recruitment Co-Ordinator role to join the Claims Training and Recruitment Team on a 12 month fixed term / secondment contract basis with the possibility of extension or going permanent.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking a bright enthusiastic team player to come and join our small hard working divisional Training and Recruitment Team situated within the Claims Management function of NHS Resolution.
The top candidate will enjoy working on a number of tasks requiring excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the divisional Training and Recruitment Managers while working closely with colleagues with in the claims function and in the HR and OD Team.
The post holder will support a range of recruitment, selection and possibly training and development interventions and will have a high level of administration experience, as well as a good understanding of recruitment and selection processes, training co-ordination, and the organisation of events.
They will be able to communicate effectively with a high standard of written English with all levels of staff including senior management. They will have good numerical skills, and ability to prioritise workload effectively and achieve deadlines.They will also have excellent I.T skills on Microsoft Office packages, experience of utilising bespoke databases, survey tools and Microsoft Teams.
