Junior Case Manager Academy Trainee

Job summary

We are committed to investing in our people, developing skills, and growing our own talent. We are pleased to offer trainees a new pathway into clinical negligence through our Junior Case Manager Trainee role (AfC Band 5) and the JCM Academy Development Programme at NHS Resolution.

This 23 month Junior Case Manager (JCM) (AfC Band 5) traineeship provides structured on the job training and mechanisms for confirming competency. Successful completion of the programme will enable progression to interview for a Case Manager role (AfC Band 7).

Main duties of the job

A real-world experience where you can immerse yourself in the legal, clinical negligence claims management world, applying your knowledge in practical situations that will prepare you for future roles.

Professional development where you will learn through the Training Programme of Development, mechanisms for confirming competency, practical on the job skills, participate in workshops, training sessions, and networking events that will expand your skill set and clinical negligence knowledge.

Career advancement as this traineeship provides a stepping stone to future opportunities within our organisation and opportunity to progress to senior claims manager roles, paving the way for a successful career in the investigation and resolution of legal claims.
