Job summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated communications professional to join NHS Resolution's Corporate Affairs Directorate. The Communications and Engagement Lead is responsible for NHS Resolutions corporate communications teams, with oversight of digital communications, internal communications and the press office. They will co-ordinate the delivery of high-quality communications and engagement activities.
Please note this is a fixed term opportunity for 18 months.
Main duties of the job
As the Communications and Engagement lead, you will oversee:
The implementation of NHS Resolution's digital communications and social media strategy by ensuring external messages are consistent across all digital content and channels including website and social media;
The implementation of NHS Resolutions internal communication strategies and plans, supporting the implementation of corporate-wide programmes of work by ensuring internal messages are consistent across relevant internal channels, campaigns and e-newsletters;
The work of the press office
As part of your role you will also seek to identify greater alignment of all the above operations.
