Workforce Information Systems Officer

Job summary

We are looking for a dedicated Workforce Systems Information Officer to join our HR & OD team at NHS Resolution. This is a new post and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing our digitalisation agenda, developing people analytics, reporting capabilities, and enhancing our workforce systems.

Main duties of the job

Working as part of a small team, you will work with the Workforce Systems Lead to develop the automation of our workforce systems and improve workforce reporting. You will act as a super user for the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) system and support the implementation of the Future NHS Workforce Solution. You will work with colleagues across our organisation, including the Digital Data Technology and Transformation Team to progress digitalisation plans and influence and onboard our managers and colleagues, ensuring a high quality customer service approach. In the role, you can expect to provide training on workforce systems to managers and teams and you will be producing reports and dashboards showing workforce information against key performance indicators.
