The job is a high-profile role in the company with a clear responsibility for governance matters. You should be well organised in the workplace having to meet targets and deadlines. You should be a good communicator, persuasive and influential working across all teams supporting managers in the Company to deliver on governance matters including timely statutory returns and ensuring KPI targets are met.

You will organise and administer senior level meetings and provide a high level of support as part of the corporate function. A high level of IT skill is required using the full range of MS office applications.

Main duties of the job

The role will provide direct support in governance matters including insurance, maintaining statutory registers and monitoring company wide KPI's. Working closely with the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership Team Directly supported by the Company Secretary this role will require a good attention to detail and a high degree of understanding wider NHS assurance and governance matters, including Information Governance and Risk Management.
