York Teaching Hospital Facilities Management (YTHFM) are looking for an approachable and flexible Cleaning & Catering Operative to join our team in Bridlington. Experience is not necessary as full training will be given, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
Shift Patterns available
14.00-17.00 Monday to Friday - 15hpw
7.30-13.30 Monday to Friday - 30hpw
14.00 to 20.00 Monday to Friday - 30hpw
8.30-12.30 Saturday & Sunday - 8hpw
Additional hours may also be available at times, for those who wish to work them
Main duties of the job
You will primarily be responsible for:-
- To ensure that the ward/area you are assigned to is cleaned in accordance with the work schedule for that area
- To work with your supervisor and other staff groups when the work schedule for your assigned area is to be reviewed
- To be responsible for ensuring that all the equipment and cleaning materials used are stored securely and safely in your work area.
- To use machinery/equipment in accordance to your training.Responsible for delivering food and beverages to patients.
