We're expanding our Transformation & Consultancy Leadership Team with three exciting Senior Leadership Opportunities
RFL Property Services (RFLPS) is entering an exciting phase of growth. As a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust, we provide high-quality estates, capital, PMO and transformation consultancy services to NHS organisations and partners.
To support our expanding portfolio and mission to be the trusted partner for transforming healthcare environment, we are now recruiting a senior leader to form a new, integrated leadership across Programme Management, Transformation and Service Delivery.
The postholder will work closely with the wider transformation senior leadership team with a distinct focus on service delivery to ensure our services are high quality, sustainable, commercially sound and consistently excellent for our customers.
The postholder must be willing to travel to our customer sites outside their standard place of work.
Main duties of the job
This role is accountable for service quality, customer satisfaction, contract management and financial performance across all consultancy services.
You will:
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across PMO and Transformation services
- Lead service quality frameworks, KPIs and assurance
- Oversee contract performance, commercial management and financial control
- Lead workforce planning, capacity management and resource optimisation
- Act as the senior escalation point for service delivery issues
This role ensures that services are delivered efficiently, sustainably and to a consistently high standard.
