Job summary
The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and RFL Property Services (RFLPS) as a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and capable individual to act as Business Support Assistant for the Contracts & Performance Department.
The Contracts and Facilities department manage Estates & Facilities contracts, and Group services on behalf of Royal Free Property Services and their partner NHS organisations.
The role requires sound knowledge and experience of complex diary management, high level meeting support including the preparation and distribution of agendas, collation of papers, and transcribing of minutes to a high standard of accuracy. The role requires excellent organisational, communication, and digital skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks.
Main duties of the job
A self-starter, you will have excellent organisational skills with a proven understanding of contract management and the delivery of estates & facilities services, preferably within an NHS or public sector organisation. You will be pragmatic and work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the services within a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment.
Effective communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills are essential to this role. You will be well organised with a flexible and professional approach, as well as the ability and confidence to cope with the demands and pressures of a busy working environment.
This role will involve management of diary, appointments, and key communications for the Contracts & Performance department. You will provide support for the day-to-day delivery of the departmental work plan and monitor progress against project and reporting requirements.
