Formed in 2018 RFL Property Services is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Free London Group and has embarked on a journey of transformational change in the way estate services are delivered within the NHS and deliver a ground-breaking operating model for services that overcome traditional organisational boundaries and align across the ICS and Provider Alliance for North Central London.
We are seeking an experienced Management Capability Coach to support leaders and managers within RGL Group and RFLPS in effectively managing employee absence and performance while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The postholder will support RFLPS and RFL Group to build the capability of its management team in leading and managing their team with a specific focus on attendance and performance management.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will
provide on-going coaching, support and development in order to equip managers with skills required to be able to manage team effectively while promoting a culture of accountability.work directly with team leaders, supervisors and managers from different services within RFLPS and RFL Group to build their confidence and capability in people management.lead on formal and informal meetings and undertake investigations, disciplinaries and grievance as required to enable team leaders, supervisors and managers opportunities to shadow, learn and improve their skills and competence.focus on coaching, training and real-time support in conducting absence and performance management conversations, both informally and formally, in line with RFLPS and RFL Group policies, procedures and values.
