Reporting to the NTH Solutions Chair and working closely with senior leaders across University Hospitals Tees, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of services, ensuring delivery is efficient, sustainable and aligned to the Group's priorities.
Beyond operational delivery, the role offers the opportunity to drive innovation, develop new service lines and strengthen partnerships across the region, positioning NTH Solutions as a leading provider of high-quality healthcare support services.
