This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, inclusive team and play a vital role in helping us provide a safe, high quality and welfare-focused security service within our hospitals.
Full training will be provided, so while Security experience is an advantage, it is not essential. Enhanced pay for night shifts
Training and development opportunities to support your personal and professional growth
A supportive and inclusive workplace
Access to health and well-being initiatives
Main duties of the job
As a Security Officer, you will work under the guidance of the Head of Security, while also taking responsibility and using your own initiative during shifts. Your work will make a real difference in keeping staff, patients and visitors safe.
We will provide full role-specific training, but we are seeking someone who has:
Experience working with the general public
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
The ability to remain calm, professional and decisive in fast-paced or challenging situations
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

NTH Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary company of North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust, established in April 2018 to provide estates, facilities and support services.
Our main priority is, and always will be, to provide safe and high quality care to our patients every day; the kind of care we would want for ourselves and our loved ones. We want our organisation to be the best place to work with the right staff, in the right roles, at the right time, to ensure we deliver exceptional patient care and experience.
We will support staff through providing an inclusive and supportive workplace with health and well-being initiatives, staff benefits and opportunities for personal and professional development.
At NTH Solutions we work as a team, we support each other, learn from one another and have our patients at the heart of everything we do.
