To support the Northern & Yorkshire NHS Assessmet Centre with the provision of a high quality, proactive and efficient service to managers and employers within the Centre's remit.To provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Centre team, as necessary. The post holder will produce all work outputs to a high standard of quality which meets the organisation's requirements.

Main duties of the job

Use appropriate computer systems including Microsoft office packages to collate and report apprentice timesheets / absence reports and holiday recording and highlight any areas of concern to the RTDAM and RTDM and provide monthly reports for the RTDAM

Complete and input ILR documents for government funding claims. Ensuring all certificates are logged in personal files and on relevant systems

Ensure all information is handled and used in a confidential manner, in line with relevant polices and procedures

To undertake photocopying as necessary and be responsible for the filing system including personal files of apprentices
