The post holder will join NTH Solutions at a very exciting period with huge potential to grow with an innovative and emerging business within the NHS and beyond. You will be required to accelerate company sales (workwear and PPE) in both private and public sector. Introduce our new to market workwear range to a wide range of industries and companies. Support and drive sales with sales team, creating opportunities and connections, and generating profits.
Main duties of the job
Drive commercial growth in line with sales forecasts outlined in the business plan by meeting and exceeding departmental KPIs within agreed budgets.
Drive client retention and build recurring revenue through the development and implementation of effective sales and customer relationship processes.
Support the LLP in their design and delivery of strategic commercial objectives.
Support the commercial representation of NTH Solutions through professional and effective communication in internal and external scenarios.

Our bespoke uniform and workwear service provision made individually for clients are customised for all our client needs. The role of the Sales Manager is to:
- Build and develop your own pipeline of opportunities - youll work closely with the senior management team to support you in creating a unique strategy in the market.
- Take ownership of high value leads from large prospective clients in a responsive and consultative way, nurturing them through the entire sales cycle and developing strong long term-relationships
- Develop and build profitable relationships with prospective and past clients, utilising an online sales platform and system.
- Grow and develop your accounts to maximise opportunities within the organisations were serving and their wider networks.
- Be available by phone, email or in person as required to service our customers needs and maximize opportunities for the business.
The ideal individual will be ambitious, with experience in sales mandatory, preferably in uniform/workwear / PPE. The ideal candidate for this role will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, organised and possess excellent communication skills.
Salary Competitive, plus quarterly commision and first sale bonus for new accounts. Must be able to work remotely and as part of a team. Must also be available for sales and in-person client meetings.
