We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic and compassionate leader to provide strategic and operational oversight of our harm reduction, housing and rough sleeping service areas within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, the community drug and alcohol service.

As part of our leadership team, you will lead the implementation and development of these services across Hampshire. You will oversee a team delivering harm reduction interventions, including BBV testing, naloxone distribution, needle and syringe provision, overdose prevention,and engagement with pharmacy partners. You will also coordinate peer mentoring alongside specialist housing and rough sleeping support, ensuring people experiencing homelessness or housing instability receive timely, coordinated and effective help.

A key element of the role is building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with Local Authority Housing teams, Adult Social Care, housing providers, homeless services and other partner agencies to support seamless pathways of care.

This role is suited to an experienced manager or leader with a strong track record in developing new services and a solid understanding of homelessness, housing, substance use and harm reduction. You will be an integral part of our leadership team, making a real difference to people's lives and communities across Hampshire

Main duties of the job

Full-time Service Lead (37.5 hours per week) within Inclusion Hampshire.

This job requires you to:o Work as part of the Inclusion Hampshire Senior Leadership Team to ensure service outcomes are met across harm reduction, housing support and rough sleeping services, providing strategic direction, oversight and coordination across these specialist areas.o Lead and support services development and delivering person-centred harm reduction interventions, housing support and peer mentoring, ensuring safe, inclusive and evidence-based practice.o Work collaboratively with the Service Manager, other Service Leads and Team Leaders to maintain effective service delivery, operational consistency and high-quality support pathways for individuals experiencing substance use, homelessness or housing instability.o Guide and support your service areas to ensure interventions remain responsive, focused on reducing harm, non-judgemental and aligned with best practice.

o Build and maintain strong partnerships with housing providers, local authorities housing teams, Adult Social Care, homelessness services, pharmacies and other key stakeholders to strengthen collaborative working and improve outcomes
