Exciting Opportunity: Band 3 Administrator - At Risk Mental States (ARMS), Inclusion Thurrock NHS Talking Therapies
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Band 3 Administrator at the At Risk Mental States (ARMS) service, part of Inclusion Thurrock NHS Talking Therapies. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, organised individual who is confident with IT systems and eager to become an integral part of a fast-paced and supportive team. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday.
The ARMS service is a busy mental health service providing support across Essex. We currently have a vacancy in our administrative team, which would suit someone who is confident, enjoys a challenge, and appreciates the importance of attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy when handling client information. This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team, providing support, flexibility, and professional satisfaction.
Main duties of the job
While this service does not work with clients in crisis, we frequently support individuals who are distressed, anxious, depressed, or confused. It is therefore essential that you can engage with clients calmly and confidently, while maintaining professional boundaries at all times.
The role is varied and includes responsibilities such as:
- Reception duties and face-to-face contact with service users
- Minute taking
- Managing telephone enquiries
- Organisational and administrative support for therapists, managers, and multi-agency colleagues
If this opportunity appeals to you and you can see yourself as part of our team, please submit your application promptly, as the advertisement may close early if sufficient suitable applications are received.
