We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Inclusion Team on a fixed-term 6 month basis.

You will be focusing on updating and refining Inclusion community drug and alcohol services job descriptions to ensure they are unified, concise and accurate across all services.

Writing job descriptions in line with service needs and AFC frameworks andimplementing new job descriptions successfully. You will establish and maintain relationships with all key personnel for the effective delivery of projects.Developing, managing and delivering projects for specific work streams working to agreed project tolerances for time, cost and quality.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to establish lasting relationships with key personnel within Inclusion and the Specialist Care Group and then lead and support the delivery of Inclusion's agreed projects and initiatives.

You will embody a positive change attitude and approach the delivery of service improvements with both creativity and innovation andwill sit within Inclusion development team and support the Projects and Programme Delivery Strategy in delivering changes that benefit service users and staff.

The post holder will be responsible for the project management, implementation and coordination of Inclusions priority projects/programmes that deliver documented and agreed outcomes. They will support the development of and continued positive development of Inclusions delivery structured, both operational and non-operational.
