A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Inclusion Thurrock Talking Therapies for you to join a dynamic team committed to supporting people with common mental health problems living within Thurrock.
The role of Team Leader will be to managerially lead a team of Step 3 staff of the Thurrock NHS Talking Therapies services. The post holder will provide all aspects of line management to a team of Step 3 clinicians (trainee & qualified) within the service.

We are looking for a Team Leader who is skilled and experienced with leading a team. You must have Talking Therapies experience and evidence of working with a range of problems experience . You will have a significant knowledge and understanding of the aims and objectives of the NHS Talking Therapies programme.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that service and individual performance targets at Step 2 / Step 3 are met, identifying and resolving underperformance and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve results.
The post holder is expected to have a small caseload to meet the minimum requirements for professional registration/ Accreditation
The post holder will also be working with Staff, Service Users and Carers from different cultural backgrounds, ages, difference and diversity, and should be committed to culturally sensitive practice and offering equality of opportunity.
