Job summary

Are you looking to move into a career in the health and social care field? We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our teams within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, a drug and alcohol treatment and support service for individuals impacted by their own or someone else's use of alcohol or drugs.

We are currently recruiting for four B3 Apprentice Recovery Workers, each on a fixed term 21 month contract for 37.5 hours per week. There is some weekend and evening working involved, but this is on a rotational basis.

Each apprentice will be required to work across up to three sites during their contract in hubs located through Hampshire, so a willingness to travel will be essential.

The apprenticeship opportunity will lend itself to someone who is looking to work in a health and social care setting. It would suit someone who hasn't previously worked in this type of setting and is looking to start a career.

The apprenticeship aims for the successful candidates to receive high levels of mentorship, training and opportunities for experiential learning through the course. Alongside this learning and development, you will be required to successfully complete a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care with Eastleigh College.
