Sexual Health Receptionist

Job summary

We are looking for a receptionist who is flexible, motivated, appropriately trained and enthusiastic, who possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability work with a diverse range of clients to provide high quality care. Candidates will work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team across all areas of the Sexual Health services, in an innovative sexual health and HIV setting.

The post involves day, evening and weekend work sessions. Currently, we have our hub at Bishton Clinic, Telford, and outreach services in the surrounding area. Duties include Reception work, booking appointments, answering telephone calls and general administration duties as required.

Main duties of the job

Providing and maintaining high quality service user focused access to the Integrated Sexual Health Service via customer service and support, across all service clinical venues in a confidential and non-judgemental way.
