We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to join our leadership team within Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, a drug and alcohol treatment and support service for individuals impacted by their own or someone else's use of alcohol or drugs.
In this role, you will utilise all of your expertise in providing a remarkable service and support and manage staff, this includes being responsible for offering a range of different services, interventions, care planning, assessments and supporting service users through their treatment journey and recovery ambitions
Working as part of our dedicated and multi-disciplinary leadership Team and alongside our recovery staff, you will offer health support whilst embracing the concept of recovery.
The vacancy is open to qualified professionals, or people with an understanding of substance misuse.
You will be an integral part of a team, making a real difference to people's lives and the wider communities in which we serve.
Main duties of the job
The 2 roles will be part of three Service Leads who are responsible for operational management and delivery of Inclusion Hampshire Recovery services, as well as supporting the Service Manager and Service lead colleagues in the strategic and operational development of services,
The roles covers the full range of substance misuse interventions treatments services and projects. You will be responsible for designated areas of operation and delivery, this may be subject to change over time.
They will monitor performance in lead areas, support other leads and contribute to service reports in relation to contractual targets.
