Job summary
We're a multi-award winning NHS diagnostics network based in London and we have an exciting opportunity for a digital channel specialist to manage the implementation of our new website to cement our reputation as one of the most forward thinking and innovative networks in the UK.
You must have a strong background in content writing and web copywriting along with the technical expertise, knowledge and experience to project manage from conception to delivery new digital channels and products. This should be coupled with a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
This role is initially being offered as a 12 month fixed term role so you will need to hit the ground running. Previous experience using content management systems is essential. You will need excellent time management skills and be able to complete tasks to deadline and to a high standard.
You will be working in a small and friendly team based at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London. Please note that this is a hybrid role and you will be expected to be on site approx once or twice a week depending on requirements.
Interviews will take place week commencing Monday 23 September and our aim is to start you in post as soon as possible following completion of pre employment checks.
Main duties of the job
Although primarily focused on implementing our new website you will be expected to create engaging and persuasive multi-channel content which will include microsites, landing pages, emails, social posts, videos, case studies, presentations and toolkits.
You will work with our digital communications officer to support our social media platforms which currently include X, LinkedIn and Instagram.

NWLP Induction
The NWLP induction will run on the first Monday of each month (provided it does not fall on a bank holiday) and includes laboratory training (for relevant laboratory roles). All new staff must attend the NWLP induction during their first week with NWLP.
