to join our team and play a vital role in transforming patient care through the
planning, execution, and delivery of education and training components of a
transformative EPR programme.
The
successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of
education and training activities for the EPR programme. Your focus will be to
develop and deliver comprehensive training strategies that empower staff and
ensure the successful adoption of EPR across the organisation.
Main duties of the job
Key
Responsibilities:
Lead
the design and implementation of EPR training initiatives aligned with the
programmes objectives.
Work
collaboratively with internal stakeholders, clinical teams, and wider staff
groups to identify training needs and support digital transformation.
Oversee
the creation of training materials and resources, ensuring accessibility and
effectiveness for a diverse workforce.
Monitor
training progress, gather feedback, and adapt strategies to maximise engagement
and knowledge retention.
Champion
change management and encourage positive attitudes toward new digital
solutions.
You will have:
Proven
experience in leading digital training programmes, ideally within a healthcare
environment.
Strong
background in education, training delivery, or digital transformation.
Excellent
communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage staff at all
levels.
A
proactive and adaptable approach to overcoming challenges in a complex
organisation.

Lead
and manage the EPR Education and Training Workstream from initiation to
completion, to support timely delivery of the EPR programme.
Provide
oversight and project manage the delivery of the digital training solution.
To
work alongside range of clinical and operational leads, Trust L&D leads,
training staff and EPR Clinical Digital leads to understand clinical care
workflows training requirements and plan delivery.
Develop
and implement training and education strategies to ensure smooth transitions
and adoption of the new system, and its associated processes, within the
clinical and technical environment.
Escalate
issues, risks and programme decisions through the escalation structure as
required.
Collaborate
with key stakeholders, including clinicians, IT professionals, and external
organisations, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any
concerns.
Leverage
strong IT skills and knowledge to oversee the technical aspects of the programme,
including system integration, data migration, software implementation and build.
Monitor
workstream performance and provide regular reports to senior management, and
other key stakeholders, on progress.
Receive
and interpret complex and sensitive information from senior Programme team
members.
Where
necessary, align training to change, system adoption and benefits realisation.
Lead
on training planning and delivery and participation in programme activities
such as dress rehearsals, floor walking and optimisation during and post
go-live.
Properly
document and communicate lessons learnt.
