Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic EPR Change Manager to join our EPR team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in leading and supporting change initiatives within our EPR programme across George Eliot Hospital and South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to plan, implement, and manage change processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering sustainable business benefits. In addition, they will demonstrate significant experience in change management, including leading complex change initiatives, and strong project management and organisational skills.
