EPR Infrastructure Lead

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in client device management, network infrastructure, and technical problem-solving to join our EPR programme. Your role, as EPR Infrastructure Lead, will be to lead and support the technical delivery of desktop, mobile, and printing device services.

Main duties of the job

Under the direction of the Head of Acute and Core Technology Services and the Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of various elements of the end user computing environment and supporting infrastructure required for successful deployment of our Oracle Millenium EPR platform. Working with the desktop, mobile and service operations teams you will coordinate the deployment of client software and hardware and be the point of contact for pre and post go live client technical troubleshooting and error resolution.
