Job summary
The successful
candidate will be joining our organsiation at an exciting time with a real
opportunity to shape the delivery of procurement services across CHoICE and
South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust.
CHoICE are looking for
an experienced Prorgramme Manager who can inspire others through change, and
with specialist knowldege in public procurement to lead a number of key
projects.
As part of the Senior
Leadership Team, you will play a pivitol role in developing the service with a
focus on customer service, maximising value and ensuring compliance with
legislation and national and regional initiatives.

Main duties of the job
Reporting to the
Commercial Director, the Commercial and Efficiences Programme Manager will
oversee an exciting programme of transformational change across Procurement at
CHoICE and South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust.
With the support of a
Data Analyst and a Procurement Programme Officer, the successful candidate will
lead a number of key workstreams to implement existing and new national and
legislative directives, and support the Commercial Director to embed a data
driven approach and clincally led approach to procurement.
The successful
candidate will need to be dynamic, values driven and committed to collaborative
working. You will need to be a vision led individual with a strong desire to
make a difference and help deliver improved patient care.
It
is essential that the successful candidate has an indepth understanding of
existing and new public.

- Substantial experience of leading change management, which has delivered increased efficiency and improvements.
- Experience of leading programmes of work in a senior capacity.
