This is ahigh impact,hands ondigital role for someone who combines strong technicalexpertisewith creativity, sound judgement, and the confidence to advise and influence at senior level.
Location: Contractually office-based at Ty Dysgu, Nantgarw. However, current working arrangement operates on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of two days per week in the office. Arrangement is subject to review and may change in line with organisational requirements.
Main duties of the job
AsSenior Digital Media Officer,you'lllead theday todaymanagement and development of HEIW's digital channels, including our bilingual websites, intranet, and social media platforms.
You'llensure content is clear, accessible, engaging, bilingual, and aligned to organisational priorities, while continually improving quality, performance, and user experience.
Working closely with colleagues across Communications, Digital and Data, the wider organisation, and external suppliers,you'lldeliverjoined updigital campaigns,high-qualitycontent, and measurable impact.
The role also includes professional leadership, with day-to-daysupport to colleagues and deputising for senior managers whenrequired.
