Main duties of the job
We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Partner to join our team. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in identifying solutions to improve healthcare processes and drive quality within our team. You will be part of the Senior Management Team and work directly with services to understand their requirements and then build automated reports, tools, and applications that answer their specific questions.You will provide expert informatics advice and guidance for analytics projects, ensuring that systems and services are developed and implemented in line with national data definitions and standards.
We are looking for an individual with:
* Advanced knowledge of IT tools/systems such as SQL, data cubes, Power BI and web development tools and languages.
* The ability to interpret highly complex informatics concepts and guidance and communicate them clearly to a range of people.
* Track record of delivering high quality work in demanding timescales and managing resources effectively.
* Demonstrable staff development skills and excellent negotiating skills.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.
