Job summary

We are seeking to recruit a qualified lawyer (Solicitor /CILEx Fellow Litigator and Advocate (Civil) / Barrister) in the field of clinical negligence to join our growing teams. Your role will initially be based at Companies House.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims on behalf of the NHS in Wales, supporting team members with more complex claims. This is a varied role which will allow the post holder to develop a wide range of skills and be at the forefront of this fast changing area of law. We pride ourselves on our relationships with our clients and the quality of our service. The post holder will be expected to build strong client relationships quickly and to be able to work at pace. Supervision will be provided to allow the lawyer to gain the necessary experience in this area of work.

  • oLaw Degree & Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (or equivalent)
