Main duties of the job

Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will provide business partnering support to a number of our divisions and lead on a small number of projects related to our expanding role within NHS Wales.

A key focus of the role is managing a professional, effective and proactive relationship with Divisions, by understanding their key business drivers and priorities and providing an effective interface with the People and OD function to achieve these. You will also work closely with our Divisions to deliver a programme of continuous improvement and cultural change aligned to our values and behaviours.

The successful candidate will be joining us at an exciting time in our journey, as we take on more services on behalf of NHS Wales, associated with its "Once for Wales" work programme. If you believe you have the necessary values, skills and experience, or you believe you have the potential to excel in this role, we would like to hear from you.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
