Are you the energetic and committed individual we are seeking to support our busy Once for Wales Concerns Management System & Welsh Risk Pool teams?
The role is varied and involves checking and validating records, processing information and responding to user queries.
Main duties of the job
The role involves:
Processing information related to the Welsh Risk Pool
Answering the telephone and responding to user enquiries
Monitoring database records to ensure validation checks are completed and information sent to statutory partners
Setting up meetings, taking notes and minutes
Processing files and information and storing records in accordance with SOPs
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The post holder will be required to provide secretarial, organisational and administrative support for the WRP Operations Manager and members of the WRP team.The post holder will be responsible for managing day to day tasks and be able to act as the first point of contact for enquiries from WRP member organisations.The post holder must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.The post holder will through training and experience be able to provide assistance to members of the WRP team as and when required up to the level of a WRP Operations Support Officer.

- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel), e-mail and internet and the ability to adapt computing skills to new software as required.
