Job summary
12 Month Fixed Term Contract or Secondment Opportunity to cover Maternity Leave.
Your role will initially be based at Companies House, until we relocate to our new base in early 2024 to CP2, Welsh Government Offices, King Edward VII Avenue Cardiff CF10 3NQ. NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership has an exciting opportunity in our Accounts Payable Department. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and efficient Team Leader to join the Data & Payments Team for a fixed period of time covering Maternity Leave.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the Data Entry Team within the department, ensuring that invoices are processed in a timely manner, and that payments are made in line with Trust / HealthBoard procedures and standing financial instructions.
We are currently working in line with the COVID-19 legislation and guidelines and have implemented home-working and safe onsite working regulations throughout the organisation.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
To ensure all invoices are processed for payment in line with Trust / Health Board procedures and standing financial instructions. To be responsible for the production of daily payment runs To assist with the investigation of duplicate payments, reviewing the Fiscaltec Reports. and ensuring that action is taken to reclaim any duplicate payments. To ensure high standards of performance and a culture of continuous learning is maintained at all times within the Data Entry Team.
