This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and busy team providing a full range of contractual, regulatory and procurement legal services to the NHS in Wales.
As a senior regulatory lawyer, you will be a key member of the team leading practice areas, supervising others and delivering training whilst providing high quality legal services to our NHS clients with a focus on NHS regulatory, public and governance law.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Regulatory lawyer, you take responsibility for oversight and coordination of judicial review and healthcare commissioning claims, both pre and post litigation. You will be working as a senior and experienced legal professional delivering high quality legal services to the NHS in Wales across a range of legal areas. In addition, you will assist the Team Manager with strategic development and supervision of the team.
You will coordinate and deliver high quality training and updates to our Clients whilst assisting the Team Manager to build and expand our growing services.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
