Are you passionate about delivering excellent recruitment experiences and supporting workforce transformation? Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Resourcing Officer to join our People Services team. This role supports the delivery of efficient, timely, and compliant recruitment processes aligned with DHCW's values and strategic workforce plans. You'll work closely with hiring managers, People & OD colleagues, and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment journey for candidates and managers alike. If you're organised, proactive, and keen to make a difference in digital health, we'd love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
You'll provide advice and guidance to recruiting managers, support vacancy creation and onboarding, and produce high-quality recruitment documentation. You'll monitor KPIs, contribute to audits, and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery. The role involves liaising with NWSSP and other stakeholders, advising on employment legislation, and supporting visa and right-to-work queries. You'll also help promote DHCW as an employer of choice through outreach and engagement with educational institutions
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply

- Educated to HND Level (QCF level 4) in an associated professional field or equivalent qualification/experience
- Good knowledge of NWSSP TRAC system
- Ability to monitor and solve customer queries
- Knowledge gained through practical experience of working at this level across a range of work procedures and practices
- Evidence of continuous development
Desirable
- Knowledge of the NHS, other healthcare systems, or the health sector, including regional or national variations.
