Job summary
The post holder will take a lead role in designing, building and implementing AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance service delivery, support decision-making, and drive organisational objectives.
The role will build agents and solutions to automate tasks, interact with users, and integrate with enterprise systems like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power Platform. The role blends low-code development, prompt engineering, and workflow automation to create agents that enhance productivity in key finance tasks and delivering decision-making tools across business functions.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
