We areseeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support DHCW's migration to the Cloud.
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive analysis and provide strategic recommendations to key partners and stakeholders. Your excellent communication and organisational skills will ensure that the transition to the Cloud aligns with stakeholder expectations and broader organisational objectives.
You will be responsible for presenting complex technical concepts in a clear manner, as well as efficiently managing, tracking, and communicating the anticipated benefits of the initiative.

- Practitioner of Agile working with multi-disciplinary teams.

- Experience of process analysis, assessment and change including financial, cultural, technological, organisational and environmental factors. Further experience of establishing customer requirements and identifying how these map to process requirements.
- Expertise with the application of Business Analysis techniques, methods and tools; experience of the implementation of Business Analysis techniques, methods and tools as well as the enhancement of their application.
- Highly experienced in influencing and negotiation skills including critical questioning and innovative thinking.
