Job summary
As Communications Officer you will work with the Communications Team to raise the profile of DHCW and contribute to the successful delivery of the communications strategy and communications plan. The post holder will be required to support both internal and external communications activities.
Main duties of the job
As Communications Officer you will:

Support the organising of DHCW events with the senior communications officer and support teams within DHCW to register for external events.

Support the Senior Communications Officers to manage digital content.

Provide professional communication advice on promotional materials and content.

Support the Senior Communications Officers in the delivery of the digital communications strategy and support delivery of a forward-thinking, modern digital communications function for our organisation.

The Communications Officer works under the general direction of the Senior Communications Officer but is expected to manage their tasks independently and with autonomy, seeking guidance and support when necessary.
